Opening An Account?

Joining the Credit Union is the best decision you could take for your money.

Our Credit Union lets people in the community come together to save and borrow money at low rates, and is operated on a not-for-profit basis, with surpluses being returned to members.

To open an account you should take proof of your identity (passport, picture driving licence or some other type of picture I.D. which has your name and signature on it)  and two different proofs of your address, for example, recent utility bills (gas, electric, water etc.), bank statements, letters from the Council or DWP, which should be no more than two months old, to your local office where you will be asked to complete a form and sign it in front of one of our staff members who will witness your signature and keep it on file. If you wish, you can download the form in readiness but please do not sign it until your signature can be witnessed by a member of staff.

Pay by Standing Order
Arrange a Standing Order payment from your bank and be sure of regular payments to your Credit Union account. We can send you a statement showing all transactions or you can apply for a PIN so that you can view your account on-line.
