In order to access your Manchester Credit Union account online, you will need to register for a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Your PIN should remain secret at all times. You should never tell anyone else your PIN. No one from Manchester Credit Union will ever ask you for your PIN. We will never send you an email or letter asking for your PIN. If you receive such an email (this is known as Phishing) we would ask that you print the email before deleting it. DO NOT REPLY to any email asking for your PIN. Please let us have a copy of any email you receive as soon as possible.
If you are ready to register for a PIN now, you will need to fill in one simple form which will take about 5 minutes. After that, we will check the information you give us. This will take about 48 hours. After that your PIN will be activated and you can begin using MCU Online.
